About Chef Gianni
Chef Gianni Liverotti is a graduate of the Scuola Professionale Alberghiera Hotel
Marche in his native Ascoli Piceno, Italy.
However, Gianni's true culinary education began in his Mamma Giovanna's kitchen.
After earning his degree as a culinary chef, his young career took him throughout the
resort towns of the Italy and to England.
He eventually landed on the other side of the Atlantic. While in the United States Gianni has been working in
some of the finest restaurants in New York, Boston, & Orlando.

Gianni's aim is to provide his guests with a truly Italian culinary experience.
