Chef Gianni Liverotti Chef Gianni Liverotti is a graduate of the Scuola Professionale Alberghiera Hotel Marche in his native Ascoli Piceno, Italy. However, Gianni’s true culinary education began in his “Mamma” Giovanna’s kitchen. After earning his degree as a culinary chef, his young career took him throughout the resort towns of the Italy & to England. He eventually landed on the other side of the Atlantic. While in the United States Gianni has been working in some of the finest restaurants in New York, Boston, & Orlando. Your chef is also fluent in English, French, Italian, & Spanish. Gianni’s aim is to provide his guests with a truly Italian culinary experience.
